How to Make Risk-Free Money on Bet and Spin Offers

Why not share this article with your friends and colleagues?

In this guide you’ll learn how to complete a “bet and spin offer” made popular by bookmakers Ladbrokes and Coral. These offers can turn into nice little earners to add to your weekly and monthly matched betting profits They are part of an increasing trend in matched betting. Bookmakers are now moving away from free bets and into hybrid offers (such as this one), regular price boosts and “boost tokens” which you can use on any bet to create your own arbitrage bet (more on this below).

The bet and spin offer is on nearly every weekend and often midweek as well, making it an essential part of the modern-day matched betting armoury. I tend to average £10-15 of profit per offer. That equates to an extra £120 of profit a month (based on two promos a week). So without further ado, let’s get stuck in to how we make some risk-free money from this offer.

Before we start, although this particular offer is risk-free, you will need to understand that other advantage gambling offers can result in you losing money (and sometimes your entire qualifying stake). If you need any more guidance on advantage play please see my explainer page, or maybe have a look at my step-by-step advantage play guide to get a sense of a more traditional AP offer.

Bet and Spin Offer Guide

First off to complete this offer you are going to need two bookmaker accounts:

The details are fairly simple to understand

  • Place a £5 bet on any Saturday Premier League game
  • Make sure the bet you place is at odds of over 1.5
  • Receive a free spin on the chosen slot for every goal scored across every Saturday game

Yes, you read that correctly, you don’t just get free spins for each goal in the chosen game you have placed a bet on, you also get a spin for every goal scored in all of the other matches! Usually there are 5-7 games on a Saturday meaning it is not uncommon to end up with 20+ and sometimes 30+ spins! Now do you see why this is so profitable?

Obviously the day in question changes if it is midweek fixture list, or if the offer is on for a set of international games, but the principal remains exactly the same. Bet on one game, get spins for the goals scored across all games.

Placing Qualifying Bets with Coral and Ladbrokes

To find the offer go to the casino section of either Coral or Ladbrokes and double check the terms (make sure to read which matches are included and which are not!) to make sure they haven’t changed, and the click the “Bet Now” button attached to the offer. The banner looks like the one posted above for Ladbrokes and Coral’s is usually very similar.

Once you’ve found the offer it is time to place a matched bet so that we qualify for the free spins.

Check which matches are included, pick a bet on one of those matches (I tend to just stick to the overall match odds for ease) which is both low odds but still over 1.5 and then back the and lay the selection and the bookmaker and exchange respectively for the lowest possible qualifying loss we can.

Using the Ladbrokes Boost Token

What makes this offer even better on the Ladbrokes side of this offer, is that you can use your daily boost token in order to “boost” (inflate) your odds and end up with a minimal qualifying loss and sometimes even a qualifying profit!

Bet and Spin Offer
Use the boost token to improve your odds

As you can see from my screenshots, Brighton were priced at 1.85 but by using my boost token, I was able to back them at 1.91. I then laid the bet at Smarkets (who are offering 0% commission for Oddsmonkey members!). As you can see, the odds were a very close 1.92 leaving us with the tiniest of qualifying losses at 3 pence! Anything above 3 pence you receive from your 20 odd spins will now be utter profit, as there are no wagering requirements on any of your winnings.

Using the calculator we can see we will qualify for the free spins with a loss of 3 pence

Complete Coral Bet and Spin Offer

Now it’s time to head over to complete the exact same process over at Coral. Remember that Ladbrokes and Coral are the same company and therefore you are likely to get exactly the same odds for whichever bet you picked at Ladbrokes. The key difference is that Coral don’t offer the “boost” so your qualifying loss is always going to be slightly higher here.

Once you’ve finished at Coral, that’s it. Offer complete. All you have to do now is sit and back and pray to the goal-giving gods and hope that there are some absolute goal fests in store! The free spins are usually credited by 6pm the following day (Sunday for the weekend offer) after the matches have finished.

Pray for the Bonus round

Slots used for this offer have varied over time, since the inception of this offer they have used Frankie Dettori’s Magic Seven, Age of Gods, Gladiator: Road to Rome, and Man of Steel. By the time you are reading this, they will have moved on to another slot. The hope with the spins is that, on top of your usual amount of winning spins, you will hit either a wild win or some kind of bonus round (depending on the slot) and then suddenly you can be looking at £40-£50+ profit! Of course this only happens once a blue moon, but when it does I guarantee that you will have a smile on your face!

Hopefully you’ve found this post useful and are now ready to add this to your weekly list of recurring offers. This is just one of hundreds of reload offers, so don’t worry how much money there is to be made after you’ve completed the sign ups, there’s plenty, trust me.
